So when Yosi decided to make the World Heritage island of Yakushima his next destination for recordings, we knew we had to tag along. Layered Memories: Searching For Sound With Yosi Horikawa follows Yosi as he travels to the stunning landscape and, later, as he plays the resulting music on speakers he has built himself.
