Off The Beaten Track is a documentary that follows Buraka Som Sistema’s sonic journey over the past year, a path that explores the sound of places as diverse as Amadora, Luanda, Caracas, Paris and London.
Narrated in the first-person by Branko, Kalaf, Conductor and Riot, the band’s original core, this is a document of discovery and growth. Final destination? Their new album, for which the blueprint was sketched during intense sessions at London’s Red Bull Studios. Having already been shown in various European capitals, we now premiere this documentary – captured by the lens of João Pedro Moreira – online for the whole world to see.
