Over the past few years, it’s become clear that Barcelona is one of the most vibrant cities in electronic music. But John Talabot’s Hivern crew is just the tip of the iceberg. As journalist Shawn Reynaldo explained earlier this year, it’s a particularly wonderful time to be in Barcelona. We were pleased to welcome three Spanish residents to the Red Bull Music Academy in 2013 – Astroboyz, Leo Aldrey, Sinjin Hawke. Along with some of the city’s most important labels and event organizers, they talk in the below video about why Barcelona is so special at the moment.
