We brought Function, Dasha Rush and more to Montreal’s Métropolis for MUTEK
Over the course of two consecutive nights, Red Bull Music Academy once again linked up with MUTEK, Montreal’s prime festival institution. In the imposing setting of Métropolis, the first night featured an international cast of techno specialists, including New York-via-Berlin Berghain resident Function, Russia’s Dasha Rush, Irish duo Lakker and Canadian veterans Orphx. The second night saw an eclectic dispersion of musical styles, led by neo-classical innovator Francesco Tristano and 2002 Academy alumna Sonja Moonear.
