We love to witness when things happen. When the Red Bull Music Academy started in 1998, we invited techno icon Jeff Mills to speak in an intimate setting. After the conversation took place, we sensed we were on to something. The comfortable couch, the lack of a stage, the freeform format: All of it added up to something that felt like the type of interview that you rarely get elsewhere.

That’s why at each Academy, we’ve made lectures from musical luminaries of all genres a key component. We’ve done our best to archive just about every single one of them on our website in video form. But we understand that you don’t always have access to streaming video – or even prefer it. So today, we’re proud to announce that we’ve just uploaded lectures in podcast form on Soundcloud from the previous seven editions of the Academy.
