Red Bull Music Academy Weekender made its Swiss debut from November 10th - 13th, 2016 in Zurich, with a wide range of parties, concerts and special events spread across the city. Kicking off with performances by Elysia Crampton and Floating Points, the Weekender moved to calmer climes at the Grossmünster church, where piano savant Francesco Tristano showcased his talent on keys and electronics.

There were plentiful club sets from the likes of Transmat founder and techno progenitor Derrick May, grime fireball Lady Leshurr, Pampa label boss DJ Koze and New Jersey house godfather Tony Humphries, as well as a significant slate of Swiss alumni, including the sleazy machine funk of Yung Veerp, motorik grooves from Eli Verveine, cosmic dance from Sassy J and Kartel Klub mainstay Lemonick. See below for photo highlights from throughout the weekend.
